Can I place an order from outside the US ?

Yes. You can. Caruselle & Co provides its customers with access to GIFTS, FLOWERS & MEMENTOS to be delivered by one of our network's local shops from anywhere in the world. We will ensure your order is processed and delivered in a timely manner.

Where do you deliver products?

In addition to the US, our network of local vendors and shops covers over 500 cities, towns and villages throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. If your country/city of choice is not readily available, we will work with the closest possible affiliate to locate a provider. Please contact us via Live Chat for more details.

Are all products available in all cities/countries?

It depends on the product. Because our network is made up of independent and locally owned vendors and shops, the products available could vary from one location to another. For example, fresh flowers are available throughout our network. However, the exact type of flower may vary depending on the time of the year and the country where you wish to have you delivery.

If you can't find the exact place where you wish the delivery to be made, you can make a request by using the form "can't find the city you're looking for?", which is located next to the list of cities where delivery IS available. Once we receive your request we will process it and let you know if it is possible or not to make the delivery.

How can I find out if certain products are available through Caruselle.com ?

Simple, all you have to do is select the country where you wish to make the delivery, then select the category (flowers, cakes, etc) and then do a quick search (click next to the magnifying glass found on the upper left hand corner of the page). Enter the name of the product you are looking for.

How can I make a payment outside of the US?

If you do not have any of the credit cards mentioned above and you cannot mail us a money order, which we will receive in a timely fashion, we will put you in touch with one of our affiliates near you. Please email us with your personal and contact information, letting us know that you wish to make a purchase, and the exact city/country where you are located and we will reply as soon as possible. At this time we will indicate how and where to make payment. Once we have received the money, we will then contact you with all instructions as to how to process your order online without a credit card or debit card.

If I am not satisfied with the purchase?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send us an email to csupport@1Vende.com, no later than 30 days from the purchase date requesting your money back. Once we receive your email, we will contact you and ask you routine questions which will determine the amount of the refund - up to 100% of the amount paid.

Do I need to register to purchase a calling card?

Although it is not necessary, we recommend that you register with us as a frequent customer. Due to security concerns, only those customers who have registered with us can have immediate access to their access code or PIN. If you are a first time user or have chosen not to register with us, one of our customer service representatives will contact you at the number you have given us, in order to verify your personal information and finalize your order.

Are there any additional charges to the price showing on the screen?

The only additional charges are shipping and handling and tax where applicable. In the US, there is $19.95. For all other countries please refer to the table of cities where service is available (see cities). Tax is only added to orders delivered in Florida.

Which cities do you deliver to?

The cities of delivery depend on the product youre buying, in order to see the complete list you must choose the country and on the photo of each product there is a link indicating the cities of delivery.

To ensure our quality guarantee please remember:

- We will contact the recipient to schedule the delivery.
- We DO NOT deliver at any specific times.
- There might be substitutions or replacements to ensure the delivery date
- For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the first delivery attempt and there is nobody there to receive the product, the delivery will be done the next day.
- For office deliveries, if the recipient is not available or the delivery is not accepted, the delivery will be attempted the next working day.
- On special dates, deliveries will be made until 9 pm for residential destinations and until 5 pm for offices.
- Our goal is to respond to any concern within 48 hours.

Once we receive your request we will be answering as soon as possible, letting you know if it is possible or not to make the delivery.

What happens when I'm done with my order?

An order number is generated, it will be of service for you so you can keep tracking of your purchases. If it is the first purchase that you've done with us, one of our representatives will contact you to verify the information and activate your user's account. you can check on your order's status going to "order status", you can access this option from the customer area or by clicking on the link "here, your order status" which you'll find in the upper left corner.

I have multiple products in my order. Can I schedule their delivery on different dates?

Yes, you can select different dates to deliver your products, for example: If you wish to deliver your flowers first, and then a cake you just need to select the date on the list of Dates available per categorie and you're set

Are all product categories available for delivery in all countries?

No, every country has its own products, which caracterize it and makes it special, this is done with the purpose of offering our customers a great variety and excellent service quality.

I haven't received delivery confirmation.

We guarantee delivery of fresh, beautiful floral arrangements and quality specialty gifts that the recipient is sure to enjoy. If it has been over 24 hours since the scheduled delivery and you have not received confirmation please feel free to contact us by calling 561-249-4385 .

I don't have the recipient's address; can I still place an order ?

If you have the telephone number for the recipient we might be able to retrieve the address from the recipient by calling to the phone number you have given us.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, it is possible to make changes on your order, you can contact us calling 561-249-4385 or go to our customer area, go to the history of your orders and select the order's number, you'll then find the guidelines necessary to make changes on your order, please note thet it is only possible to make changes on your order if it IS NOT in the delivery process.
